Friday Photos–Sunshine, Tree Limbs, and the Creek

I like this view of the sun shining on the creek. Most of the time, I am not in the right position at the right time to get a picture like this. The picture has a bit of a “misty” quality to it; pictures taken close to the creek sometimes do.
This picture shows the old bridge (almost half-way down from the top of the photo) in the creek. That is all that’s left of the bridge, which is probably about 100 years old. I took this photo at least twenty years ago; now the bridge is barely visible. Dead trees, swept down by periods of high water, hide most of the structure from view.
